The Lake Placid Summit Hotel Resort is a good lodging option for travellers looking for basic accomodations at an affordable price. The hotel is conveniently located just steps from Lake Placid's Main Street with all its shops, restaurants and activities, and is also located one half-mile from the Olympic Center. Each guest room features private bath, cable TV, clock radio, hair dryer and coffee maker. Each room consists of two double beds, or a king bed. There are also two bedroom suites with one king or two double beds in each bedroom. PLEASE NOTE: The on-site swimming pool and hot tub are currently NOT in service.
