Kid's Programs/Ski School
Program: Penguin Playground Day Care
Age Range: 6 months to 6 years

Description: The Okemo Penguin Playground Day Care Centers, now located at both the Okemo and Jackson Gore Base Areas, are warm, interactive state-licensed facilities bustling with activities and fun. Each day, children 6 months to 6 years of age participate in arts and crafts, painting, story telling and singing.

Program: Star Boosters
Age Range: 2 - 7 years

Description: This program gives your child the opportunity to spend a half-hour, one-on-one with an Okemo-trained teaching pro who will give the individual attention needed to help your child move to the next level or simply become more confident.

Program: Mini Stars
Age Range: 3 - 4 years

Description: When Penguin Playground children are ready to get out on the snow, so are we. Mini Stars is staffed by Okemo instructors who work with young students in small groups. Each lesson is just enough time (1.5 hours) to have fun without overdoing it.

Program: Snow Stars
Age Range: 4 - 7 years

Description: Even kids 4-7 enter snowsports with different ability levels and different attitudes. What brings them together is a desire to have fun. Snow Stars, one of Okemo's most successful instructional programs, combines superior snowsports education and learning facilities with instructors who know how to help kids have a blast.

Program: Young Mountain Explorers
Age Range: 7 - 14 years

Description: When your kids get older, they want to step it up a notch and spread their wings. That's exactly what our Young Mountain Explorers and Young Riders programs help them do. They take to the slopes and explore all five Okemo Mountain areas with kids the same age and ability with instructors that keep learning exciting.
