The Summit condominiums are located on the western side of Snowshoe Drive, about 200 yards from the Snowshoe Village. The Summit offers three bedroom units with spectacular views and sunsets from private balconies. The condominiums are located just a moderate walk away from Village shops, restaurants and slopes. Expedition Station is one of the newest lodging properties anywhere on the mountain. Encompassing junior studio, two bedroom, and three bedroom condominiums, Expedition Station offers a deluxe yet affordable lodging alternative for guests visiting Snowshoe. Larger units sleep two per bedroom with two on a sleeper sofa in the living room, and are equipped with fully-equipped kitchen. Junior studios have a kitchenette. All units have a flat-screen TV in the living room. Expedition Station is in a prime location in the Snowshoe village, just a few steps from the trails, and adjacent to many shops and restaurants. The Timbers are deluxe 4-bedroom private homes located adjacent to the Top of the World complex in the southern end of the resort. The Timbers are located about 200 yards from the Widowmaker slope system. These free-standing homes are perfect for larger groups or multiple families, as each home can sleep up to 10 people on three levels. Units feature a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, balcony. Some units feature a private garage and private hot tubs.

The Inn at Snowshoe is located at the base of the mountain along Route 66, about six miles from the resort village, and adjacent to the Raven Golf Club. The Inn has a host of amenities including an indoor pool, hot tubs, exercise room, suntan spa, arcade, restaurant and bar, gift shop and more. Rooms have either one king bed or two double beds, which can accommodate up to four people. The Inn is also the only property at Snowshoe that offers pet-friendly rooms.

NEW for 2007-2008: all rooms at the Inn at Snowshoe are now NON-SMOKING.
