The Lake Placid Summit Hotel Resort is conveniently located just steps from Lake Placid's Main Street with all its shops, restaurants and activities. The hotel is also located one half-mile from the Olympic Center. Each guest room features private bath, cable TV, clock radio, hair dryer and coffee maker. Each room consists of two double beds, or a king bed. There are also two bedroom suites with one king or two double beds in each bedroom. Guests can enjoy use of the on-site amenities that include an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, exercise room and restaurant and lounge. The hotel is located approximately ten miles from the Whiteface ski area. FREE Town Shuttle available to slopes at Whiteface Mountain.
