Ski Enthusiast,
Hello out there skiers and riders! It’s hard
to believe that February is upon us already. One
minute we’re eating holiday leftovers and
watching college football, the next we find out
that Punxsutawney Phil has already done his thing
(six more weeks of winter, by the way), and we are
into the heart of the ski season. If you have not
been out, now is the time.
Snowfall totals throughout ski country have been
nothing short of stunning so far this season. Check
out some of these season-to-date totals:
-> Mont Sainte Anne: 124”
-> Mont Tremblant: 144”
-> Killington: 203”
-> Sugarbush: 175”
-> Smugglers Notch: 236”
-> Snowshoe: 151”
Simply amazing! Snowshoe has already received more
snow than they got ALL of last season. Also, try
to wrap your mind around the fact that on the low
end, the 124” at Mont Sainte Anne is still
OVER 10 FEET OF SNOW! The best part is that with
continued cold temps, none of this divine whiteness
has gone anywhere, nor will it be leaving anytime
soon. Now is the best time to plan your February,
March, and dare I say, early April getaway to the
mountains. Check out this week’s platter of
